No it isn't. At what point have I ever even possibly hinted that it might be??

I can't work out if that's sarcasm or not...so here's a link just in case it isn't =/ http://www.marzocchi.com/template/detailProdotti.asp?LN=UK&idC=1592&IdFolder=113&idMY=30710&IdOggetto=30796

Sooooo much more comfortable than a Leatt, and more eco-friendly.

Alex, you give your bike far too much love and attention. I know it's a Foes, but stripping it down that much is still taking it too far =P

Cheers! Makes no difference (well, certainly not noticeable) to the steering =)

Thanks! =D Got the frame for £50 second-hand, plus another £90 for the respray (was originally yellow, heh).

This is a cheap hack bike, of course it's not going to be awesome. Out of date picture though, now has Deore hydros and XM719 on XT rear wheel.

No it isn't; Dirt Jams, Hayes Soles, Blaze cranks and Deore/Alivio drivetrain hardly make for an "awesome" bike.

See the black round bit with the hole in it? The QR skewer should be going through that :-)

Might want to lose a few chain links and set the STS up properly...

DMR V12s are gash, and MTXs would be something of a downgrade from anything Mavic EX series.

Mavic D521/EX721 ceramic rims, Shimano XT hubs and rear v-brake, Marzocchi Z2s, Gusset Open Prison bars, 24seven Mod stem. Yeah the rear mech's a bit crap (found it in the spares box...) but the bike as a whole was cheap and rides well.

The sus pivots around the BB shell so it doesn't grow. Been a few about, Cove G-Spot for one. The BMW Race/Mini-links also manage it :-)

While the jump is impressive, as PHOTO it isn't all that, with the focus being the main issue. Great riding though! :-)

And the top crown is way above the steerer tube. And you can still see the colour of the frame the 40s were attached to. And the cables around the head tube area are nadged too...

Except by putting 3" tyres on it, you've pretty much taken it back to the same height as 26" wheels with sensible tyres...

Shame quite a few of the 1m photos are rubbish (not this though!). And a load have been deleted, so it's not like there's actually 1 mil floating around on the PB servers =P

There really needs to be a Mong-English translator on Google. As for the forks, they're sound for street. Enough travel to take the sting out (40mm!) and stiff enough to not be wallowing about all over the place when putting the power down.

It's quite blatantly meant to tension up if possible, as you end up with more teeth on the rear sprocket engaged at any one time, which is goodness.
